Crappy Mirror Day 2

So I heard back from customer service @ J.Crew today via email: "...due to you being undercharged. Since it was our mistake it isn't right to make you pay for it."
Wow! I know others have had negative experiences w/their cs, but I have only had wonderful experiences! Integrity!
